"A great day was looming; this was the day that I had been looking forward to as the best day of the camp. One day off-site - shopping. I was more than a little confused when Skip said that we had to bring a change of clothes and a towel. Maybe a swimming pool has been installed? My confusion was heightened when we left the camp site. We turned the wrong way! I know the way from 20 miles out in any direction and the direction that we were going was definitely not correct. Then Skip said that we would know when we had arrived when we saw a large lake. A lake? I thought it was a former chalk pit. As we drew into the car park I was beside myself. "Bewl Water, near Tonbridge" it said on the entrance sign. Bewl Water, Bewl Water??? I thought Skip said we were going to Blue Water." Anonymous contribution
